| Presentation abstract: | This Release 12 presentation is based upon the practical experience of delivering a complete end to end Release 12 upgrade for a major US Corporation incorporating Financials, HR & Payroll, Supply Chain and CRM and a Public Sector Financials/HRMS upgrade in the UK. The presentation concentrates upon the three core aspects of iTrain's "enabling change" programmes as they relate to our release 12 upgrade experiences; transforming technology, transforming business and transforming people. We will describe the practical issues associated with the full R12 change programme as well as tips and techniques for a successful end to end R12 upgrade. |
