Speaker biography: Joel Goodman has been in the computing industry for 35 years after obtaining his degree in Computer Information Sciences. He has worked for 17 years with Oracle DBA technology first with Oracle Support and for the last 15 years in Oracle University. He is the EMEA Core Delivery Technical Team Leader for Oracle University.He also assists Oracle University Curriculum Development by leading a team of Subject Matter Experts who provide Quality Assurance during course development. Joel is also the Technical Team Leader of the Oracle DBA Certification Test Development Team He is a regular speaker at the UKOUG annual Conference and at the DBA Technical Special Interest Group meetings (SIGs) He is also a member of the"Oak Tableā€œ network of Oracle DBA professionals.
