  1. Forgotten membership number?
    Please note that all correspondance sent out from UKOUG will quote your membership number. If however, you do not have any of this to hand and you can not find your main contact to ask them, then please send an e-mail to info@ukoug.org with Membership number reminder as the subject.
  2. Forgotten password?
    If you have forgotten your password click the 'forgotten password?' tab under the members' login. Your details will be sent to your registered email address.  

    If you have any queries, please call 020 8545 9670 with your membership number to hand. Alternativly email info@ukoug.org with password as the subject.
  3. How can I pay my membership renewal fee?
    We take payment by credit card, cheque or BACS. Please call on 020 8545 9670 for more information. Alternatively email info@ukoug.org with payment as the subject.
  4. How do I access the digital version of Oracle Scene?

    You can access the digital version of Oracle Scene by logging in and updating your profile under the 'My interests and profile' section and selecting to receive Oracle Scene in the digital format.

    You can view the latest edition here. Please have your log in details to hand.

    If you have forgotten your password, you can click the 'Forgotten password?' link under the members login and follow instructions.

  5. How do I know if my membership renewal fee has been received?
    Please call 020 8545 9670 or email info@ukoug with renewal as the subject.
  6. How do I register for Conference?

    Please visit the UKOUG 2008 Conference & Exhibition website: www.ukoug.org/2008 for details

  7. How do I update my profile?

    You can update your profile under three main areas:

    1. My details
    2. My interests & profile
    3. Change password

    To update your profile, you must have your username and password to log in via the top right hand side of the UKOUG website.

    If you are unsure of your username and password, please use the 'Forgotten password'  tab under the members' login section of the website. Alternatively, please emai: info@ukoug.org

  8. I have not received confirmation for my registration for a SIG, what should I do?

    Please call Anna Crellin on 020 8545 9687 Alternatively email: anna@ukoug.org with SIG registration as the subject.

  9. I want to present at at UKOUG events but do not know how to proceed?

    Do you know which Special Interest Group (SIG) your topic will fall into?

    The community pages include a list of our events, key information and who they are aimed at. 

    Once you know where your topic fits, visit www.oug.org/submit to submit an abstract.

    Your abstract will be sent to the SIG committee who put together the event agenda. They will contact you to discuss your application.

  10. Is UKOUG part of Oracle?
    No we are completely independent. Please refer to http://www.ukoug.org/about/
  11. What are the payment details for UKOUG?

    Please note that the following information is for UKOUG and SIG payments only and should not be used to make payment for the UKOUG Conference. For payments and details relating to registration for the UKOUG Conference, please contact the UKOUG Registration Office on 01252 77 15 93

  13. Where can I find information about Oracle's pricing and licensing policies?
    The general principles for Oracle licensing and pricing can be found at: http://oracle.com/corporate/pricing with the 'Software Investment Guide' being a very useful source of information.

    This guide defines Oracle's policies and cannot be challenged by their sales force. Useful email addresses for specific pricing and licensing questions can also be found here.
  14. Will I get a discount on membership if my company already has UKOUG membership?
    Unfortunately at present the answer is no. We are however able to offer a waived £100 joining fee if three or more new memberships are taken out at one time. Please email ieva@ukoug.org for more information.
  15. Would taking professional membership entitle me to a free place at the annual UKOUG Conference & Exhibition?
    Unfortunately not. In this case full corporate, charity or Partner membership would need to be taken. Please email info@ukoug.org for more information.
